Dr. Sukhendu Dey is an accomplished Environmental Scientist with over eight years of research experience and six months of teaching experience. He currently serves as Technical Assistant Grade-II at The University of Burdwan, West Bengal. He holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Science, is SET qualified (2025), and is presently pursuing a D.Sc. His research expertise spans environmental toxicology, aquatic toxicology, fish haematology, biomarkers, biochemistry, and ecological risk assessment. Dr. Dey has published 40+ research articles, 39 book chapters, and edited five academic books, with active roles as a reviewer for leading Elsevier, Springer, Wiley, and Nature journals.
