Dr. Ali Kaddour is an Associate Professor of Speech and Language Therapy at the Tipaza University Center, Algeria, and Director of the University Help Center for Psychology and Speech Therapy. He holds a PhD in Speech and Language Pathology and a Master’s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Algiers 2. A member of the Movement Disorder Society (MDS), he is a former consultant speech and language pathologist in the Neurosurgery Department at the University Hospital Center Bab El Oued, Algiers. His academic and clinical work focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, and rehabilitation of speech, voice, and language disorders of neurological origin, with particular emphasis on Parkinson’s disease, dysarthria, dysphonia, and communication disorders. Dr. Kaddour’s research integrates acoustic analysis, perceptual evaluation, and patient-reported outcomes, including validation of diagnostic and assessment tools adapted to Algerian Arabic speakers.
